Best National Parks To Visit || National Park Service Turns 102
Best National Parks To Visit: That is a hard question to answer, but I have a long list of my favorite parks. Saturday the National Park Service turned 102. To celebrate I’m sharing some of my favorite National Park photos. As many of you know, over the years the I’ve fallen in love with traveling and visiting National Parks.
For me, there is nothing better than being in the wilderness. There’s a crazy sense of calmness that overpowers me when I enter into a National Park. The National Park Service has spent 102 years protecting America’s land and wildlife. I’m thankful that they have made it possible for people like me to explore America The Beautiful! When I’m in a National Park I’m more like myself than anywhere else. Wild and free, that’s the headspace I function the best in!
The most amazing feeling in the world to me is to be somewhere that I’m not needed for anything, somewhere I can just be. Being still is such an important part of my life. I’ll admit, I don’t always want to be still, but it’s key to my sanity and success in life.
What would your perfect day be? Mine would be….waking up at sunrise, a cup of coffee in hand and being so far from civilization that you hear nothing but birds chirping in the distance. I would spend the whole day exploring the beautiful landscape and viewing wildlife and end the day by watching the most beautiful sunset. For me, I could relive that day over and over again.
