Karli and Brandon’s Smoky Mountain elopement was beautiful and so much fun! They traveled from Mississippi for their dream outdoor elopement and it was just a perfect day. Karli looked stunning in her wedding dress, and was so happy and full of joy. Going to the Smoky Mountains for their elopement was a dream and the perfect location for their big day. Smoky Mountain National Park is one of my favorites to hike and explore, so I was extremely excited to be able to be there on their big day.
Karli’s vision for her wedding was timeless and classic with a touch of outdoor fun. Their Smoky Mountain elopement was just that. First, I stole Karli and Brandon away for some fun adventure bridals shots in the Smoky Mountains. We explored, laughed and enjoyed the beautiful day. We had a lot of fun when we found a small river, it was the perfect spot for some adventure shots. Brandon was so sweet with Karli the whole time we were out, making sure she was laughing and smiling and taken care of.
Their reception was a blast after their elopement, they had an intimate dinner and a beautiful cake that they brought all the way from Mississippi. The cake was surrounded by baby’s breath and I’m shocked it survived the long trip. They spent time with their family and friends and were both smiling from cheek to cheek the whole day.
Elopements are becoming some of my favorites to shoot because we’re able to focus on the relationship and what’s important. The bride isn’t worried about napkin colors, or a timeline as much, just consumed by the idea of marrying her best friend. Surrounded by those most important to them, they had an amazing day and were the cutest newlyweds! So in love and so perfect together.
